In the heart of the Parc Naturel du Luberon, Château Saint Pons overlooks the valley at an altitude of 350m, facing the Monts de Vaucluse. In 2018, William Monin left Paris to reconnect with nature and the work of the vine. Here, the love of wine is shared through convivial experiences: wine trail, picnics, aroma workshops, wine, truffle and music evenings.
