Just like the vines, we also need this season to slow down and indulge in a little cocooning: in the warmth of a Nordic bath or by the fireside, the vineyards of the Rhône Valley are full of experiences to make you glad it's winter!

• Close your eyes and breathe
Let yourself be surprised by a sophrology session in the middle of the vineyards, the time to reconnect with yourself and your sensations... That's what Cellier des Princes offers, with the complicity of Sandrine who guides the session between relaxation and meditation! A short, easy walk takes you to the surrounding vineyards and landscapes. You'll be fully aware of this as you enjoy tasting the cellar's vintages. And if you've worked up an appetite, take advantage of the picnic options available on site.
• Truffle season for gourmets
Between Drôme and Vaucluse, the Château de Grignan watches over the surrounding vineyards, whose wines bear the name of the village: Grignan les Adhémar. Take a stroll through the picturesque streets of this most beautiful village in France, and stop off at the Café des Vignerons, where all the appellation's producers come together. One of them offers to take us, accompanied by his faithful companion, on a truffle-hunting tour (i.e. harvesting): we're hooked, on the lookout and delighted to return with our baskets full to the Domaine de Montine. There, cozy up by the fire in the tasting cellar, you can savor the moment as much as the truffle pairings with the estate's wines.
